@fryyyy said: Actually just thought what about 2 different modes in the same button: * short press: instant mute * longer press ( > 0.5 sec ) => mute after playback. The mute button could be blinking until end of playback to i…

Hi again. at Gearslutz I found a great PDF with an overview of the Deluge's chord shapes: https://www.gearslutz.com/board/showpost.php?p=13657098&postcount=756

Usually a microphone input is mono. I don't know it exactly, but I think this part of the hardware is only designed for a mono signal.
-
Thanks @Robbymust That was exactly the information I needed. Very easy to understand when you get it presented in such a nice way. I still think that an overview of the chord forms and a short explanation of the principle should be included in th…

Anyone here who can help me?

I need Audio Thru so bad Why not implementing a plain Audio Thru setting as fourth monitor option?
-
+1 I would like to add an Roland SH01A (which has no local off mode) to my Deluge

Fair and accommodating. Other manufacturers would probably have been silent about the problem.

Finally Deluge becomes a full-grown sampler! Because I'm afraid that complex key mappings can't be created comfortably in the Deluge, I hope that ready-to-use multisamples (e.g. in SF2 or SFZ format) can be imported.

It's been a while, but here's the pdf containing the 2.0 preset list: http://s000.tinyupload.com/index.php?file_id=80122828225809210491 Comments welcome.

+1 ... but not for recording the duration. This is not really helpful as you can see when working with the Octatrack. Such a behavior undermines the idea behind a step sequencer.

@MK_0 Great posting, I totally agree. But I fear that a Type A developer will not change to a Type B developer.

Uploading a pdf seems not to work be allowed in this forum They should disable the button.

Strange. I attached the pdf file and saved the posting properly. Don't know what happens. Will try it again.

@Sam said: Hi @MPrinsen! Just to confirm, the Deluge is class compliant but, while it can be powered through USB, it's unable to supply power to anything connected to it. Hope that clears any confusion up Not really happy with this desig…

* I usually like macros. But for the Delay, I would like to have an dedicated parameter for feedback. * Reverb could be little bit smoother. Beside this, the longest reverb time is a little bit to short for the usual bedroom-produced ambient tracks

yeah. loading .sf2 and/or .sfz multi samples as oscillator sources is my most missing feature
-
Same problem here (32 GB W-04 card, Deluge 1.4) ... No success
-
+1 for multi-sample support Importing of sfz/sf2 sounds as "oscillator sources" would be enough for me ... I don't need a full-featured key map editing.
-
I want to thank you all In the meantime, my Deluge has arrived. The manual is not very good (I guess it was written by the developer himself) and it took me some time to get access to the device. But now everything is good and I'm quite excited.

My brandnew Deluge has no real hardware issues so far. But I'm not really happy with the finish of the faceplate. There are two weldings spots visible and the thin white lines are interrupted in some areas. First world problem, I know -- but for a d…

+1 for Audio Thru
-
@Klaustrophil +1 because FB simply sucks. Why not introduce a hidden space for "verified owners" inside this forum?
-
And don't forget to install the latest Monologue firmware which includes some MIDI clock related fixes ...
-
@minigoat said: my korg monologue's midi out is going into the Deluge, and it doesn't have a way to turn off its transport start transmit. The Monologue has an option to filter transport events (take a look at the GLOBAL EDIT settings).
