Hi, New synth (shift+synth), shift+browse for sample 1 or 2, navigate to sample, load.
-
Have you considered using a kit track with synths tuned to how you like? Sry if already mentioned, heres an example

@reza said: That's ok, bug reports can be made in the forums. It is true that if an issue is created on GitHub it will be noticed more. But I can relay issues made here to there as needed not all heroes wear capes..

@Static said: Cool. Thanks for the reply. As long as there's a way, I can play around and see what's going to work best in my use cases. Cheers Np. You can also edit song files in a text editor and transfer stuff around, pretty straightfo…

@Static said: I'm a new member, so can't create a post, so I'm hoping that I will get an answer here. It's also semi related so hopefully not breaking any protocol. If I write a riff in a project/track/song (mine arrives tomorrow, so I'm n…

Just be sure to stop recording with a press on the record button and not play. And I think stopping recording with the launch pad works but it needs another clip to exist to take the "end" from, might be wrong tho.

Try holding affect entire while scrolling trough sample play modes.

@volsteh said: Nope, but maybe you can do something with kit track? So map notes and have choke on all? Ah, never mind, just tried it, no options for choke when a row is midi

yes

wow

yes, patches are saved with the song, to update in all songs you save the patch with a new name and change it per song. It makes sense if you think of it, for example when sharing a song file etc.

@dzaxy said: nice also why not have 0.00 on the decay more snappy env the current 1 decay seems low res you can kinda make it snappier by patching env1 back to decay1...

+1, it would be cool to be able to copy a synth row and paste it in a kit so the note you want get copied.
-
Works with all parameters you can bind to the gold knobs, as I remember all gold knobs are assignable.
-
Pretty sure this is a no like you say. The only thing that comes to mind, apart from going into clips and set volume, is going into the song file and change it there, might be faster.

You are doing it wrong, what u need to do,** for audio clip**, is zoom fully out in clip view, then press one of the last pads on the right, a red marker appears, trim with that. You can use reverse sample to reverse the clip and trim from the start…

All around this forum category, there is also a few repositories online but sorry I have no links for you, check threads here: https://forums.synthstrom.com/categories/deluge-patches

Just a thought, Deluge got a mic, there are some synth patches using it as a second osc, so while playing and banging on the body you get some cool textures.... Maybe someone could make it so the mic translates the pad press "sound" into velocity ma…

If they ever come up with a sixteen-segment display retrofit im gonna be all in.

@reza said: SCW are super-powered when used as wavetables (vs being used as samples before 4.0) because now you can adjust the pulse width of each SCW giving a lot more options to adjust timbre for each SCW. adjusting pulse width wasn't/isn't ava…

Maybe editing the velocity modulator can help? Think all patches by default have set it to max.

My workflow doesn't need many sample cutting, if any at all (a trick I love to use is changing a kick start point fully zoomed in, to get different transient flavors), but can imagine how this is a pain if your workflow relies on this.
-
Did you try setting attack to 1? This also helps. Works differently in audio clips and kits/synths tho. Audio clips seems to need more attack to get rid of the click, in kit works with 1.

Usually zooming in and finding a better spot works fine.
