  • Midi groove templates

It would be lovely to import midi groove templates into the Deluge. They already exist and are commonly used in Logic. There are groove templates out there which replicate the 'unique' swing/groove of classic machines like the MPC 60, 3000 and SP1200. It would add a funky dimension to the Deluge. The midi groove templates could appear as additional quantize options. The Deluge already has an amazing PPQ capacity so it shouldnt be an issue to implement?

  • Multi Sample Generator

I suggest a multi sample creation facility on Deluge. Sampling a synth atm is easy enough - drawing in 1 bar notes over an octave, hitting record and splicing them into 12 notes. What would be nice is then hitting a button and those notes being shuffled into its own multi sample folder and nicely mapped. It would be so quick to create multi sample kits this way - nice and organised in folders. The notes could then be further shuffled into whatever scale. Im constantly borrowing and swapping synths and having this would turn my Deluge into a power house.

  • What are some great companions to the Deluge?

I am loving the OPZ purely as a rhythm/drum machine which i then resample into the Deluge. I see the Deluge more as a workhorse for song composition and its brilliant for resampling and seq external synths etc. But i find the OPZ more creative in coming up with drum patterns

  • Complete Audio / Midi Bouncing - Ableton export

Surely this is happening in v3

  • A Second Reverb

Or just implement a render/bounce stem facility. That way Sythstrom can forget about FX upgrades forever as we can export our ideas to DAW for limitless FX options
