Midi transport control from external midi device (i.e. Arturia Keystep)

Is it possible to control the transport(play/stop/record) of the Deluge from a external midi device, like the Arturia Keystep? I succeeded to midi learn the 'play' button, but the result is just one hit.

I don't know about the record but start stop is working when i connect it with other devices and use one of them as midi clock source.

never tried it but there are global midi commands for start, stop, record, tap in the settings menu. dont know what u mean with just one hit.
What I meant with 'one hit'. If I learn 'Play' the external midi only plays one trig and stops.

have u tried the global setttings menu? if u dont know what it is, check the manual. u should not need to use the learn button.
Yes, i tried the global settings menu. I think the problem is with the external midi device.
