MIDI Clock Behaviour

There is a small detail that bothers me a lot in practice: MIDI Clock is only sent when the sequencer is running. The recommendations of the MMA (MIDI Manufacturers Association) are as follows: MIDI Clock should always be sent so that other devices can constantly adjust to tempo changes, Start/Stop/Continue events should be used for the transport control of external sequencers. This is also absolutely useful, e.g. if you have MIDI sound generators attached to the Deluge where the delay time and the LFO speed are based on the MIDI clock. My wish to Rohan: Please change the current MIDI clock behavior or (better) add an additional option.

    +1 for "additional option"
My devices ask for MIDI Clock also as MMA defines, the sync of delays for example are totally of when Deluge is stopped
