Wondering if possible to implement something similar to the iOS app Fugue Machine. A second or up to four playhead(s) that can play at different time intervals forward or reverse.

Wouldn't it double/quadruple CPU load? I guess u can fake it with a delay to a certain point, no?
what about say a track to automate the play head on any given track/s?
+1 -- opening a feature request on GitHub may be better? (I was going to but you have precedence if you want to).
