When transposing a track by semitones, affect only other tracks in the same Section

Currently, when one holds down Shift and turns the up-down knob, all tracks in Scale mode are shifted, because the Scale itself is shifted, rather than the notes.
If there were some way to shift Scale parts without modifying the Scale (conceptually moving the notes up the scale, rather than shifting the Scale) and have that apply to all parts within the same section as the current track, this would make it easy to create transpositions and transitionary parts to songs. As it is, this requires going out of Scale mode, transposing, fixing, and going back into Scale on every part in the section. Since we have (hold up-down, rotate left-right) to shift blocks left and right, I propose (hold left-right, rotate up-down) to fulfill this purpose.

But yes, transposing tracks that aren't linked to others would be super handy!
