Controlling multiple midi outs, power on issue

Is it possible to use the Deluge's midi out to control multiple tracks of another hardware sequencer as sound source? I have a Yamaha RM1x which has 16 channels, would like to write on the deluge sequencer and trigger the various channels of the RM1x as that sequencer is no longer working. Have been able to tirgger 1 channel, not multiple.

Also anyone else's ON switch, sometimes not power on?! Happens once every half dozen times. Bit weird.
