BPM setting saving at wrong tempo.

Hey there, I started a new project and saved it at 95BPM. after a few hours of working on it, adding samples etc, I noticed that the tempo was set to 94 BPM. I thought “oh I probably accidentally twisted to knob. So I moved it back to 95BPM and saved it again. But upon checking, the tempo keeps reverting back to 94 BPM. Ive tried turning the dial to other tempos such as 96, 93, 90 etc and the tempo will stay at the new value, just not 95. ?! Anyone else experience this?
