@Support - How long does it take to receive the Deluge manual ?

Hi Deluge Support !

I've ordered the Deluge manual - and payed with paypal - on 17 August, but I didn't receive any news about the order, nor I got a tracking number for it. I'm located in Germany. How many days are expected for an expedition to my country ?
