Software editor for Deluge?

Just wondering if there are any live editors being developed for Deluge, or if that’s possible within the constraints of the current Deluge OS revision? Something like the iOS app, Circuitry, does for Circuit, would be brilliant for Deluge. I’d definitely donate to help support a project like that, if one ever gets underway.
