Question: SD card doesn't load when re-inserting

I often record songs straight from the deluge arranger mode, pop out the SD card, transfer the song onto my computer, and re-insert the SD card into the deluge. Sometimes it takes over five attempts for the deluge to recognize the memory card (flashing "card" all the while). Is this a common error? Is there a little quirk I might be missing? I'm using the factory SD card. Just worried about the contacts in my now year-old deluge being buggy or dusty or something.
