FEATURE REQUEST: Velocity "sweeps" up & down.
I would like to have the ability to (quickly) increment or decrement velocity over a series of steps rather than having to change velocity per step.
For example, a snare-rush, say over 12 steps, from low velocity to high velocity (and the reverse of course).
In 3.1, the note nudge and so on seems great, but this seems an obvious "miss" that I think would be incredibly useful to implement and would go hand-in-hand with the already implemented changes in 3.1.
Maybe there could be a choice of incrementing the value per step that could then be applied to a series of steps?
The thing missing from the 3.1 implementations is this ability, since without it dynamics are missing - in the end, removing the laborious task of changing velocity per step would be a great thing indeed. This should be applied to both MIDI and patches/samples/clips.
Thanks.

Wasn't long before this that I suggested a similar thing in the link below, just a bit of a different method of implementing it:

I think this is a cool idea! I wouldn't mind if you were able to record velocity automation live like you can do with things like filters and stuff. Probably could be done by pressing and turning the up down wheel while recording.
