CV clock bug 3.05

Running 3.05, came across what I think is a bug with CV clock out. I've been sending clock from GATE4 at 48ppqn to a Pam's New Workout to sync a modular system, which works great. However, when I hit play on the Deluge when it's record-armed, with a count-in, the modular system starts playing at half speed. It doesn't do this when I drop into record from an already playing state.

If I change the clock out to 24ppqn on the Deluge and modular, the problem goes away. So I think the clock is changing to 24ppqn when the Deluge is counting in and record-armed. Anyone else had this?
