Light all pads to allow reading labels in the dark

Maybe it is me getting old but, while working with deluge in the dark, you have to use your memory to remember all the function labeled under each pad. Obviously, it is easy to memorise certain functions but wouldn’t it be possible to create a combination of buttons that, while being pressed, would trigger all the pads to light (white)? I guess that this will allow to read the labels under each pad.
