Issue with Restart Playback and Audio Clips; Bug or Personal Ignorance???

Hey all,

Im experiencing strange behavior with the Restart command. I see the playhead jumping to the starting point but upon restart audio clips do not feed audio to the mix... Midi clips, synths and kits restart just fine. But audio is a no go... Is there a setting or function I am ignorant about or is this bug?
