Volume fade between two songs

I am using the Deluge for playing live electronic music. At the moment I am recording the output to a looper, to make smoother transitions. A feature to blend two tracks into each other would be great. While playing song 1, choosing the new song 2 with a special transition shortcut, choosing the time amount for the fade, and then those blend into each others by turning the volume up and down.
