Allow arp's Octaves parameter binding to knob controller

I imagine this limitation makes sense since Octaves doesn't feel like a continuously-variable parameter, but I'd suggest allowing for it.
I love being able to change octaves range during performances. Since it's not bindable to the gold pots, I can't vary it from Song view, but have to open the track in question, enter the right edit mode and stay there while changing the Octaves value.
