Shortcut customisation

I'm not sure how easy it is to implement, or administer in a friendly way, but being able to customise some of the shortcuts would be cool.
For example, I would like to be able to swap the shortcut for transposing a clip by octave and by semitone. Coming from graphic software where arrow keys nudge by a pixel and shift + arrow keys nudge in 10 pixel increments, this makes more sense to me. But perhaps only to me, hence giving the ability to customise some of these things.
