Swing per clip/track (or even per row in a kit)

I often don't use swing on the Deluge because I don't like it as a general effect over the whole song. However, sometimes some clips/tracks or even single rows in a kit, for example a closed hat or a tom, could definitely need some shuffle.
This could be implemented in the following way:
TEMPO + SHIFT = swing amount for song
TEMPO + SHIFT + AUDITION pad (song view) = swing amount for clip
TEMPO + SHIFT + AUDITION pad (in a kit) = swing amount for row of a kit
