A shortcut to center the view on the current notes

A shortcut for a instant overview of all existing notes in a clip would be very handy.
How it should work:
- The horizontal zoom is adjusted to fit the whole clip length
- Vertical scroll is set to the upper or lower note in the piano roll
Possible shortcuts:
- Double press of <> or v^
- Shift + v^
- Press v^ + <> simultaneously
