Ability to adjust the precise CV per note in the CV sequencer to make it a true CV sequencer

At the moment, the CV output is tied to the pitch of a note. This is fine in the most cases for controlling an oscillator. But in the modular world, CV is used for modulating everything and often it's modulated using a sequencer. In the current implementation, emitting a certain CV value means selecting the according note. This might be finde for pith control but it leads to sequences which are difficult to understand since the values might be scattered over many octaves when something different is modulated. It would be awesome if the output of a CV could be more precisely controlled so that it's more precise and intuitive.

Example of a minimal implementation:
When holding a launch button of a note and turning the select (or parameter) knob, a precise CV value can be selected. From now on, each time the note is triggered, the selected CV is emitted.

Maybe the parameter knobs are the better choice so that one knob can be used for coarse adjustments while the other one is for fine adjustments.
