Problems with simultanously incoming midi-cc data

The Deluge seems to have problems with simultanously incoming cc-data via MIDI IN port. I assigned 2 percussion instruments to the same midi channel, but when turning up the volume with a single midi-cc comand, only one sound changes its volume. When i change the midi-cc value with the knob it works, but then the data don't come simultanously. The second thing that happens often is, that the Deluge records randomly cc-data from the IN port without having pressed the record button. I played a little bit with the controller fader and suddenly all data were recorded autonomous. My fw is up to date.
