Keyboard mode: Allow same notes to be triggered (and collapsed scale mode) please

I don't know if this an oversight or intended behaviour but:

If you press and hold say.. C3 with one finger and then, a split second later, press C3 with another finger on a different pad, that doesn't trigger the second note because you're already holding down a C3 with finger number one. Which sounds logical, but when racing up and down the keyboard you don't want notes to cancel each other out (even if it's the same one).

In addition to a collapsed scale mode, this would be a nice upgrade, I think.
