If you want to create a Deluge video and you don't have a movie editing software, then you can try the opensource software „Olive“ https://www.olivevideoeditor.org/ .

Olive is a free non-linear video editor aiming to provide a fully-featured alternative to high-end professional video editing software.

It is available for Windows, Mac and Linux for free. Its still alpha, but it works already really great!
