How to figure out which parameter is assigned to a knob?

Hi,

The title says it all: there's a parameter assigned to a kick inside a preset kit that I'd like to identify but I don't know how. I've looked into the forum but didn't find the answer. There's a software suggestion posted in June last year asking more or less for the same thing: http://forums.synthstrom.com/discussion/1023/a-way-to-display-parameters-assigned-to-a-knobs-custom-ones

I'm also using Downrush so a Downrush based solution would be welcome too.
