Mulit Octave Scale / Horizontal Zooming

I would like to see more than one octave at a time. I know you can just scroll up and down to see all the notes, but there's something nice and simple about seeing all of your notes together on one 'screen'. It really helps to visualize your melody. One way to do this would be to allow multiple octave scales,

For example, a two octave scale in 7 notes might be -- 1st, 3rd, 5th, 7th, 8th (2nd octave), 10th, 12th, ( and start again on 15th (3rd octave)).

Another way to do this could be to implement horizontal zooming. This could be implemented by hiding unused notes. So, a user could set 8 or more notes in their track, notes they knew they would be using, and then when they zoomed in horizontally, all unused notes would be hidden leaving the used notes stacked into the 8+ rows. Another nice feature this gives you is it makes it easier to find an accidentally entered off note that you can hear but can't find without scrolling around.
