If you're sure it's a bug, you can email me directly - rohan@synthstrom.com. Or you can post in this forum or the "Deluge Users" Facebook group - I check both fairly regularly. Or if you want to get more involved in reporting and testing for bugs, there's the "Deluge Firmware Beta Testers" Facebook group.
