New sample loop modes

While there is suggestion for Automation of Sample start and end points thread, I thought this is different - new loop modes for sample playback
1) LP1 = you set loop start point but instead of defining absolute value loop end you define relative value loop length with end switch
2) LP2 = the same as above but sample is played always from the beginning until the loop region is reached - after that it plays in loop
3) LP3 = same as LP2 but also plays the rest of the sample after note off (release)
